Order progress   &   Frequently asked questions
To answer some of your questions...

Q. Where is Lillybuds created?
A. We are based in Perth, Western Australia.

Q. Do you ship internationally ?
A. YES we do ship internationally. Please note that customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. To date we are aware that the UK and Italy
packages attract duty taxes, taxes vary depending on the value of the package, please research these taxes yourself.

Q. By what method ?
A. Lillybuds uses Australia Post, which has a variety of services available.

Q. How much is shipping ?
A. Shipping costs vary from order to order depending on where it's going, how many pieces you order, and what the overall weight.

Q. Is my order insured and trackable ?
A. Yes, at Lillybuds we insist that all items are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Q. How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered ?
A. The duration can vary, approximately 7 days within Australia. International orders depend on what postal service you choose and where you are in the world it
can take between 3 and 14 days.

Q. Do you ever have the bouquet break or get damaged in transit ?
A. Out of the dozens and dozens of brides we have shipped items to, we know of only 1 bouquet that 2 buttons fell off, it was easily fixed by the future
bride by gluing with a hot glue gun. If damage was done right before the wedding, you can pop a button back on with blue tack or if you are
very desperate and about to walk up the aisle - chewing gum. We do not recommend it left like that forever.

Q.  Do you have a bricks and mortar store ?
A.  No.

A. Does Lillybuds sell wholesale?
Q. No, sorry we do not.

A. Do you have bouquets and other items that I can purchase and haveshipped immediately?
Q. No, all items are made to order to your specific requirements such as size, colour, style, etc. Lillybuds waiting list is
extensive, we are lucky enough to be in great demand  from future brides from every corner of the globe, rush jobs may be accepted, fees may apply.

A. Can I see bouquets etc before placing my order ?
Q. If you are in the Perth metro area, yes. Appointments are essential.

Q. How long before the wedding do I need to place a order ?
A. As soon as possible, Lillybuds always has a waiting list, so please contact us asap to avoid disappointment.

Q. How do I place an order ?
A. Simply email us with a list of items that you are interested in, and other details such as your wedding date and location.

Q. How do I pay Lillybuds ?
A. For Australian buyers we use Paypal invoices and direct deposit. International buyers we only use Paypal invoices.

Q. Do I pay up front ?
A. Generally we ask for a 50% deposit (non refundable) on placing your order, that will secure your booking. The balance and shipping are due on
   completion of your order.

Q. Do I get to see photos of my items before I make the final payment ?
A. Yes, as your items are being made, we contact you quite often with photos and progress reports. So during that period it's important that you are able to
check for emails from us quite often, preferably once a day.

Q. How long does it take to make my items ?
A. It depends on how many items you order.  For example, a bouquet and buttonhole will take approximately 1 week.

Q. When you say you have a wait list of say 20 weeks, does that mean it takes 20 weeks for you to make my items.
A. No, it doesnt take 20 weeks to make your order, it means that there are many brides who have ordered before you, as they order and pay a deposit their name     is added to the wait list, we then make each order in succession, it may take 19 weeks for your name to get to the top of the wait list, then we start your order.

Q. After the wedding how do I store my bouquet ?
A. We'd like to think that you will place your bouquet in a vase or on a dresser somewhere where you can see it everyday ! They are best kept out of direct
sunlight and away from water. You could display it in some sort of perspex case. You might like to wrap it in pillowcases and tuck away in a drawer amongst
your soft jumpers. Why not use is as a centre piece on your dining room table for dinner parties, they look gorgeous at night under lighting !

Q. Can I send you buttons or a piece of broken jewellery of my own to be incorporated into my bouquet ?
A. Yes certainly, we would love that ! Please note that the item you send may not be able to be removed from the bouquet. You may have some ribbon,
fabric, or Grandmas veil, all which can be lovingly worked into your bouquet to make it even more special. We also ask that you photograph the items youd
like added to your bouquet, then email them to us just so we can have a quick look and let you know if they are ok to use. send to sales@lillybuds.com
